Our Limited Undercarriage Warranty provides comprehensive coverage to protect your investment and deliver peace of mind. Warranty Coverage This warranty applies to new parts sold by Construction Parts PNW and covers the following: Components and Assemblies: Crawler rollers, idlers, sprockets, chains, shoes, and fasteners. Seal Leakage: Coverage for SALT (Sealed and Lubricated Track) chains, rollers, and idler groups. Abnormal Breakage: Coverage for premature failures or defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty Limitations Coverage is limited to the first 4,000 hours of service, three years from purchase, or until the part is 100% worn, whichever comes first. Warranty adjustments are determined pro-rata, based on the measurement of key components or the ratio of service life received. Pro-rata value is determined at the sole discretion of Construction Parts PNW. Special Conditions Dry Joint Failures: For oil-lubricated chains, warranty adjustments are limited to the replacement of failed parts only. Wide Shoe Tracks: Warranty adjustments for tracks with wide shoes are reduced by 50%. Non-Traditional Applications: For equipment like crawler skidders or forestry applications, warranty adjustments are reduced by 50%. Exclusions: Seized Excavator Track Link Assemblies: Links seized due to inactivity in high-moisture environments are not considered product defects and are not eligible for warranty coverage.
