MTG KingMet Extra Tooth E Profile
The MTG KingMet Extra (E) profile tooth is designed for extended wear life in abrasive applications where standard profiles wear out too quickly. With added material in the tip and wear areas, the Extra tooth delivers longer service intervals while still maintaining solid penetration and smooth bucket loading.
Why choose the KingMet Extra tooth
- Thickened wear body in the nose and top surfaces for maximum wear life.
- Optimized profile balances penetration and durability in abrasive soils and aggregates.
- Lower tooth consumption helps reduce downtime and overall wear-part cost.
- Hammerless KingMet locking system for safe, fast tooth changes with no retained pins.
Typical applications
- High-abrasion sand and gravel pits
- Quarry and shot rock loading
- Recycled concrete, asphalt, and aggregate handling
- General excavation where tooth life is more critical than extreme penetration
