CP LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY
Repair Parts Warranty
1,200 Hours of Service / 9 Month Period
CP Repair Parts are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1200 hours of service during the 9 month period following the original purchase date. CP's warranty coverage applies to new products sold by CP that have been correctly installed, properly maintained and used in normal operation. Product damage caused by abuse, mating parts failure or other non-covered issues, will not be considered. Warranty reimbursement is solely determined by ITR America and coverage is strictly limited to the replacement of the failed part only.
Transportation, labor, downtime and any other costs related to the claim are not covered by this warranty policy.
